Nestled in the heart of downtown Chandler is one of the area's best-kept secrets - San Marcos Golf Course. Opening in 1913 and seeded with Bermuda grass the following year, San Marcos is Arizona’s first all-green grass golf course! Having completed a $3.9 million renovation in 2014, our par-72, 6661-yard parkland-style course features lush tree-lined fairways, manicured greens, sparkling water features, and an abundance of indigenous flora and fauna. Complementing the golf course renovations is the club's spectacular clubhouse facility, which was completely redesigned to preserve its historic elegance and charm. Original Terrazzo adorns the clubhouse floors, while high vaulted wooden ceilings accentuate the unique architecture and history of the golf course. Clubhouse facilities include a world-class golf shop, convivial bar and grill, and a variety of outdoor lounge spaces that allow our guests to take in the scenic greens, palm trees and desert landscape background.
